What would the world be like
without art?

Where does it stop? Where does it start?
Where would the world be without any art?
Posters, adverts or a picture in a book,
Full of many colours to make you look.

Pencils, pens, wax or ink,
Good ideas to make you think,
Graffiti on walls, spray paint from a can,
Paint on canvas, put there by man.

Art in galleries or at work, you can be sure,
There will be art for ever more.
Art in the world made to make us smile,
So lets keep art for a long while.

What Would Life Be Like Without Art?

  "Life without art would be a very dull place. Walls would be bare; restaurants would be bland with no pictures, it would be a place not worth living in. Art can express people’s feelings, and the true person inside them to the people around them and around the world. Art is surrounding people and they don’t even know it, and too often they take it for granted. For example, fountains and statues are often seen in a park and the high street and the pictures in schools and business offices, the people do not appreciate how much effort the artists have put into that piece of work.
