Year 10 Holiday Task

You have made a fantastic start to the Armour project, we are really impressed with the work.

Now we need to develop it further to create a good, broad unit of coursework.

1. Please complete a contextual/critical study on the 'Rock Drill' by Epstein. You'll find the link on this website in this folder.

2. Make 4 full size A5 pieces of work of a natural armoured form

starting with a direct observation in PENCIL,

CHALK AND CHARCOAL,

INK ( QUINK AND BLEACH OR DETAILED WORK IN FINE LINER )

LOW RELIEF IN ANY MEDIUM OR MIXED MEDIA (bas-relief if you would like to use the proper vocab.)

YOU WILL HAVE BEEN GIVEN EXAMPLES TO TAKE WITH YOU .

BRING YOUR WORK TO YOUR FIRST LESSON BACK READY TO PRESENT IN A CRIT.
